17 August 2025 – The Boxer – South Lakes 66 mile Sportive
The Boxer sportive is 66 miles long and one of our favourite routes for many reasons.
It is our local riding area and contains many of Baileys (our dear departed white boxer dog + inspiration for Top Dog Events) best places to explore.
Come to Lancaster and ride 66 miles among the Southern foothills of this famous region, now with World Heritage status.
Less epic ascents than our other sportives, but plenty of short / sharp kickers en route to keep you interested – something for all tastes await. Traffic free lanes, remote valleys, welcoming villages, Lakeland fells, seaside promenades and a breath-taking view over the vast Morecambe Bay to finish.
