in next 7 x days i will –
- give top dog website a face lift from dark background to white – so pages are printable
- complete 3 x event pages with details of first 3 x sportives this year in “bike events” section
- link website pages to our associates @ 3-1-5 health club, st johns hospice and wolfwood animal sanctuary
- register our 1st sportive – lake district 100 miler with british cycling calendar and online booking system
- accurately measure the route and accent involved
- link top dog events facebook page to website
- add lake district 100 miler to sportive.com directory
- design flyer to promote events in local bike shops
- enter a selection of running and biking challenges myself throughout the year ahead
- continue with personal training programme so i can enjoy them
