Come and join an epic cycling event organised by Chris, Lynn and the incredible Top Dog Events team in NW England.
We are blessed to be surrounded by some amazing places to ride bikes, on or off road. the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Howgills and Forest of Bowland are all within easy reach of our home in Carnforth.
A few years ago, Lynn started to ride horses again, she went every Sunday to have lessons leaving Chris at home to entertain himself. So he literally got on his bike, and went out to explore the local area – falling in love with cycling and the places on our doorstep where a bike can take you.
Chris got quite fit and entered several sportives and challenge rides – only to be a left a bit underwhelmed – as none of the routes were a patch on where he rode every weekend. So in 2017 we teamed up with some of our riding friends, relatives and neighbors in an effort to organise the cycling events that we would want to take part in.
Chris and Lyn are proud to be members of Kendal Cycle Club, taking part in many club rides and challenges ( like The Fred Whitton in a day and Way of the Roses) as well as enjoying many personal on and off road challenges together.
Most recently we completed a Coast to Coast (Workington to Sunderland) ride, enjoying dry weather + a strong tailwind all the way (for a change!!).
