we ventured out to west coast of cumbria yesterday and enjoyed a great ride out – along the coast and round the fells 🙂

chris was wired up like a secret agent – with new heart rate monitor – strava and go pro camera – bit of a pain at the time – like to just get out and ride – but well worth it when i get to re live it and share the day with folks 🙂
