The service

Ideas - we take a brief, brainstorm ideas then present to you suitable themes or styles as a proposal document, often supporting this with drawings showing proposed layouts and/or elements of the set. Or indeed you may know exactly what you want.

Venue - we can provide you with a selection of suitable venues if you have not already decided.

Set - on sign off we get to grips with creating the set. Either bespoke props are required, which are often produced in our factory, or we utilise stock/hire items.

Technical - we provide lighting equipment, sound systems, screens, projection, laptops/PCs assistance with multimedia presentations and experienced technicians to run the show.

Logistics & onsite - we ensure the conference set is safely delivered, built, dismantled and removed from the venue post event.

Registration - we can supply name badges and manage delegate registration so you can meet and greet.

Support Items - there is an endless list. But examples include graphics, guest speakers, scripting, gifts, catering, bespoke invitations, entertainment, post conference party themes.
